My fees are clean and simple and have been designed to fit most large conferences and exhibitions. They are divided into three sections, based on the location of the event:

In the UK - £850 GBP (day one) £500 (each subsequent day)

Mainland Europe - €1850 EUR (day one) €600 EUR (each subsequent day)

North America, South America, Asia, Africa and Australia - $4243 USD (day one) $800 USD (each subsequent day)
For example; a three day conference in London would cost £1850. (£850 for the first day and £500 for two subsequent days)
These prices are all inclusive and cover all aspects of each job:

All expenses (Travel, Accommodation, etc)

Shooting time on location.

Post-production and editing time.

Online gallery built and hosted on a private URL for your organisation's use.

All image files at maximum resolution on disk or USB flash drive.

A copyright transfer agreement or 'CTA' transferring copyright of all images shot to your organisation.
There are no hidden fees or expenses. The price you see above and agree with me via email is the price on my invoice. Simple, straightforward.
